Your client wants more messages, more appointments, more sales. You already run their social media, or you met them through another service, and they ask if you can do ads for them. You know Meta Ads has a thousand buttons, that one mistake costs the client money, and that if it doesn't bring results, the client walks.
You don't need to be a Meta Ads expert to sell them. You need a team that is, working behind your brand.
Why ads are a service worth selling
Facebook and Instagram ads are the closest thing to what the client actually wants: customers. Social media builds a brand; ads bring in leads. That's why a business that has already seen results with ads rarely drops them.
They also pair really well with what you already sell. A social media client who adds ads is a client who pays more each month and has more reasons to stay with you.
The risk of selling them without backup is high. A poorly set-up ad spends your client's money on people who will never buy, and when that happens, the client doesn't blame Meta: they blame you. That's why you shouldn't improvise or learn on someone else's budget. You want a team behind you that has done this many times, across many different industries, and that reviews the campaigns constantly.
How we run campaigns behind your brand
We use the same method we apply with our direct clients in Social Media Ads:
- Unlimited ads: several designs and captions to test, not just one.
- Testing with a small budget: for example, a test starting at $50 to see what works before investing more.
- What doesn't work gets paused: if an ad is expensive and doesn't bring good leads, it gets turned off without waiting 30 days.
- What works gets scaled: once there's a winning ad, that's when the spend goes up.
We don't recommend setting a daily budget from day one. We explain why in daily budget on Facebook from day one, and the full method in results-driven ads. You can use those two articles to explain the strategy to your client.
What you do and what we do
| Task | You | Us |
|---|---|---|
| Finding and closing the client | Yes | No |
| Getting info about the business and the offer | Yes | We tell you what we need |
| Ad designs and copy | No | Yes |
| Setting up, testing, pausing, and scaling | No | Yes |
| Results report | You deliver it | We prepare it |
| Billing the client | Yes | No |
Your client never talks to us. You're their agency. If we need access, a product photo, or clarification on an offer, we ask you and you ask them.
What you have to back up the sale
When you sell ads, the client always asks: "So how much is each customer going to cost me?" The honest answer is that it depends on the business, the offer, and the competition. Nobody serious will guarantee you a number.
What we do have is real, published results: in our clients' campaigns, the average cost per lead has been $6.19, in industries like dresses, insurance, beauty salons, immigrant services, construction, and Christmas lights. It's an average, not a promise, and that's how you should present it.
Sell a method, not a miracle: test small, measure, cut what doesn't work, and put money into what does.
How to explain the money to your client
There are two different amounts, and your client should understand that from the start:
- The ad spend: your client pays it directly to Meta. It doesn't go through you or us.
- Your service: strategy, designs, management, and reports. This is what you charge them.
Your agency pricing for the service is lower than our public price, and you can ask for it on WhatsApp. Whatever you charge above that is your margin. Keeping the two amounts separate avoids misunderstandings and makes your proposal look more professional.
Questions you'll get and how to answer them
- "When will I see results?" Within a few days you already know which ads have potential. Scaling takes a bit longer.
- "Why don't we just spend $10 a day?" Because first you need to know which ad works. Otherwise, you're spending blind.
- "Can you guarantee me customers?" No. What we offer is a serious method, constant monitoring, and clear reports.
- "What if the ad doesn't work?" It gets paused and the money moves to what is bringing in leads. That's the advantage of testing small first.
Do you have an agency or work on your own? We are your production team.
You sell and bill under your brand; we handle social media, ads, websites, AI and support at agency pricing. Your client never knows we are behind it.
Start with one client

Frequently asked questions
Who pays the ad spend?
Your client pays it directly to Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You charge them separately for the strategy, design, and management service.
Can you guarantee a cost per customer?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What we do is test, pause what doesn't work, and scale what does, with reports you deliver to your client.
Do I need my own ad account?
The usual approach is to work with your client's business account. You give us access, and we explain how to request it without your client having to talk to us.
